We are looking for a Trainer to join us to help lead, train, and develop our new and existing team members across the New Business function of the company. You will guide, coach and mentor our new and existing staff and ensure they have the best entry and journey within the business, ensuring that they are ready to start assisting our customers in the fastest possible timeframe, and continuing their development as they progress in their career with us.

Using our own existing training materials and literature, as well as contributing your own, you will deliver key information and training about our products and services, as well as training soft skills which relate to how we present our solutions to our potential clients.

By building relationships with key stakeholders across the business, you will always ensure that you’re training, and coaching methods are in line with business and industry changes, as well as offering ongoing support and training to existing staff members, upskilling at all opportunities.

Working directly alongside our Head of Learning and Development, you will be influential in the business achieving our ambitions and ensuring that our Team members are all in line with their ambitions also.

**We would love to hear from you if**
- You have experience in training and coaching within a Call Centre environment, ideally within Financial Services
- You are adaptable to change and work well in a fast paced, customer centric environment
- You have a high attention to detail and focus, and the ability to influence people at all levels
- You can confidently provide clear, specific, and professional feedback to agents and management
- You have a good understanding of financial industry regulatory frameworks including FCA/TCF
