My City Centre Manchester based client is recruiting for an IT trainer to join their technology team. The role will primarily be creating training materials and communication guides to ensure staff development is treated as priority. This role offers freetravel insurance, 25 days' annual leave plus office closure between Christmas and New Year, two days a year to do charitable work, the opportunity to get involved in sports teams and social events. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administratorto progress to the next level.

**Job description for IT Trainer**
- Conduct training for new starters within the firm on software using a variety of methods including classroom, one to one and virtual
- Monitor, Asses and evaluate all training carried out
- Identify future IT learning requirements within the firm
- Maintain the update leaning management system
- Conduct regular reviews
- Produce new training materials

**Job skills required for IT Trainer**
- At least 3 years of IT Training experience
- Knowledge and understanding of current and proven training types
- Skilled in delivery, preparation and efficiency
- Confident and experienced in delivering in front of an audience
- Self motivated, enthusiastic team player
