**Location - Newcastle upon Tyne**

**Work Days - Monday to Friday / 9am to 5:30pm**

Netwirking are pleased to be working together with one of the fastest rising Tech firms in Newcastle upon Tyne who are looking for a motivated, keen and driven individual, with experience of working in a customer service role to join their team.

The business continues to grow and as a result of this they are looking for someone to help drive the company forward.

Key to your success in this role is to demonstrate the ability to build rapport with the customers who have used their service before.

This role would suit someone currently working in a Customer Service Role / Client Focused role looking for a step up.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Contact customers who have used our service based off data finds and analytics.
- Analysis of customer and client interaction.
- Manage a significant number calls to customers on a daily basis.
- Report daily performance analysis.
- Identify those customers who have used the website and garner feedback via courtesy call.
- Achieve daily targeted call and response numbers.
- Contribute to team and individual daily targets.
- Interpret basic data and trends.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Displays strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is well organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Shows a willingness to contribute to team and business targets/projects.
- Is equally comfortable working individually and as part of a team.
- Holds a tenacious self-motivated outlook.
- Is keen to further their own personal development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newcastle Upon Tyne
