We are seeking a talented Data & Impact Analyst to join the Management Information team. You will work closely the Head of Management Information (MI) and the Operational delivery teams to develop and support data recording and the significant impact theCharity achieves.

You will help manage and continuously improve our tools for data collection and analysis, ensuring that information sent to our funders is accurate.

This vital role will help analyse data to make specific recommendations to inform decision making, while also being heavily involved in the development and maintenance of our CRM systems.

This is a newly created and exciting opportunity for an Analyst to use their data analytics skills to make a real difference to CXK.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Identify opportunities for analytics, reporting automation and be instrumental in offering insight into the use and presentation of data across the Charity
- Produce and maintain training materials / documentation in relation to Power BI dashboards and provide face-to-face training of key users in respect of Business Information (BI) best practice.
- Produce and maintain business information and relevant reports/dashboards for use across the Charity, documenting processes, developing, and delivering Charity specific reports, including dashboards, and training materials/courses to support our operationalfunctions
