Data Analyst Apprenticeship – Kent Paragon Skills Job Description We have a fantastic opportunity for an apprentice to join the Commercial Strategy Team, supporting the Insight & Planning Analyst, in an exciting and growing international business. The role will give you great experience in managing multiple data sources and translating data into insight & activity to drive business commercial performance. You will work closely with the commercial strategy team and have exposure across the entire business, particularly our sales teams. Responsibilities Analyse market data to define insights that shape the strategic direction for commercial initiatives. Collaborate with the Insight & Planning Analyst and the Commercial Strategy team to support strategic objectives and define clear, measurable targets. Support the delivery of insight and analytics as part of the communication process to gain buy-in to the strategic plan. Create effective reporting and measurement processes aligned to the identified opportunities. Deliver analytics and insights to the sales teams through established or new routes to support execution of activities. Input data analyses into continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
