**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Facilitate engaging activities and programmes that promote learning and personal development among youth.
- Provide mentorship and support to young individuals, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
- Educate participants on various topics, including life skills, teamwork, and social responsibility.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive programme that meets the needs of all participants.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all youth, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor the progress of participants and provide feedback to parents or guardians as necessary.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to youth work.
**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children or youth in a mentoring or educational capacity is essential.
- Background in special education or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with young people.
- A passion for youth work and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate programme schedules.
Pay: £24,480.00-£25,235.00 per year
