**So what's your role
- Credit Controller?**
To maximise cash collection and minimise risk of bad debt ensuring compliance with terms, company policy and internal controls procedures, while providing first class customer service to customers and internal stakeholders as a Credit Controller.

**What does it involve - Credit Controller?**
As a member of the team, you will create productive working relationships with the all staff internally and develop and maintain relationships to a high standard with all clients externally.
- Credit Control -Cash collection with debt from £1 to £1 million +
- Proactively chase customers to obtain payment to terms using the systems and correspond with customers and Sales making sure bad debts are paid by the due date.
- Propose solutions for payment issues including payment plans and debt restructuring where customers are unable to pay to terms
- The Credit Controller will maintain and update customer records
- Identify invoice disputes from customers and liaise with internal sales for resolution with follow-up with customer to ensure payment is made.
- Monitor suspended sales orders and action release of account by liaising with customer and sales desk.
- Process credit card transactions and release sales order on receipt of payment.

Self-motivated?
12 months + experience
Pleasant and confident personality?
Able to action a high volume of customer queries?
Highly computer literate - Microsoft Office?
Possess English/Maths Grade C or above?
Good communication skills are non-negotiable.

£13 - £14 per hour
