Location: Manchester

Duration: 3 years

Start date: October 2025

Joining Siemens is more than just a job - It’s a rewarding journey with growth, benefits and a diverse, encouraging environment. Your success, health and well-being matter to us.

You will join a community of like-minded early career professionals where you will have the opportunity to bond and grow with team building activities, and you’ll be able to solve real business problems.

As we believe skills can be developed and potential can be nurtured, we focus less on what you’ve done and more about who you are and what you can do, so your CV will not be seen by the hiring manager until the selection process has been completed.

What would my working day be like?

Sales is exciting and fast paced, it’s very rewarding and will challenge you. You are encouraged to be in the office a minimum 2-3 days per week, as we believe this dynamic environment is the best place to learn, network and have fun whilst being an early careers professional. In addition to these days, you may need to go beyond our Manchester office to visit customers on site or to our SFS UK headquarters in Stoke Poges for broader experiences and development.

After your induction week, you'll join our vibrant Siemens community in Manchester. Your journey combines hands-on Sales and Marketing experience with studying for your BSc Honours Degree. Learning is delivered through a blend of virtual sessions and face-to-face workshops at Middlesex University's Hendon campus, alongside valuable on-the-job experience. In your final year, you'll complete your apprenticeship End Point Assessment, showcasing everything you've learned along the way.

Your responsibilities as a Business-to-business (B2B) Sales Degree Apprentice will include:

- Ensuring sales success and a positive customer experience by building relationships and understanding our markets.
- Identifying potential customers and managing a prospect pipeline.
- Gaining expertise in Siemens Financial Services Ltd financial solutions and sales strategies.
- Addressing business challenges with innovative solutions and tools.
- Promoting the Siemens brand and values.

What do I need to apply?
- You will have achieved at least 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above including Maths and English Language.
- You will have achieved or be on track to achieve: 2 A Levels (or a Level 3 equivalent) at grade D or above.
- You have between 0-2 years of B2B sales experience.

What is in it for me?

Through working at Siemens, you will have access to a wide range of benefits.

Siemens offers 26 days of paid holiday, and we embrace our corporate responsibility, offering 5 paid volunteering days that allow you to make a meaningful impact on society. We also offer discounts on everyday spending as well as subsidised gym memberships and more.

To celebrate completing your early careers programme, you will also be invited to our Early Careers Gala

We believe belonging transforms...
