**Overview**:
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a **Degree Project Management Apprenticeship**.
**Will report to**:
Head of Service Delivery.
**Location**:
37.5hrs a week,
9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Remote working, with occasional travel to the office in Manchester.
**Salary**:
Competitive dependant on experience between £20,000 - £30,000 per annum.
**Purpose of the role: [will be to:]**
Monitor progress and quality of a project.
Manage the day to day operational and tactical aspects of allocated projects dealing with face to face and telephone queries from visitors and company employees, responsibility for company security procedures in respect of visitors.
**Main responsibilities of the position**:
- Provide specialised administrative support for team and for assigned projects
- Minimise the exposure and risk on allocated projects
- Manage scope and mitigate risk on allocated projects
- Assist in the preparation and control of project documentation (operations & personnel changes)
- Coordinate and arrange meeting and project materials for distribution as necessary
- Project work 50%, Administrative duties 50%
- Developing key relationships internally and externally to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines
- Any other reasonable task as directed by Head of Service delivery.

We are looking for someone with up to 2 years work experience within a customer focus roll.

- Someone who is interested in developing further in Project management and progressing in this area
**As well as**:
Having a full clean driving license, which is a required essential.
**Entry requirements**:
120 UCAS Tariff points
From a combination of acceptable Level 3 qualifications which may include: A level or BTEC Diplomas/Extended Diplomas.
**Future prospects**:
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
**Important Information**:
QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
