**The Role**

You’ll be responsible for running multiple signage projects with day-to-day contact with our clients.

Each Account Management team has an allocated list of clients/projects to manage. Each is headed by an Account Director who manages the team.

You will be working under one or more assigned Account Directors and will be responsible for the day-to-day briefing and checking of signage work produced, taking briefs, making marketing suggestions and then actioning and managing each project to its completion; on time and within budget. This involves costing, quoting, briefing and coordinating projects via our design, artwork, production and install departments as well as briefing external suppliers.

Hours: 37.5 per week.

**The handler's 5 basic requirements are to**:

- Brief work into the appropriate department/external supplier in a timely and comprehensive manner. Setting delivery deadlines if appropriate, after consultation with their manager
- Ensure that work is delivered in accordance with set deadlines
- Check work for accuracy
- Be aware of the ongoing/forthcoming work requirements for that client i.e. have a broad awareness of the wider picture for the clients(s) they work on

**About You**

You will be working with a variety of clients, so you will need to be organised and able to multi-task. Your attention to detail will also be second to none.

Successful applicants will ideally have had experience of a professional working environment. Any marketing/agency or signage/fit-out project experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

You will need to have a driving licence.

Initially, you will be required to be in the office Monday to Friday. There is flexibility to reduce this, depending on the needs of the business. Open to discussing this at the interview.
