**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, compile, and issue Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals in line with project requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and update an O&M data sheet library to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Manage compliance-related documentation from start to finish, including surveys, certifications, and O&M manuals.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and external suppliers to gather technical documentation.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timescales.
- Provide diary management, scheduling, and general administrative support to the operations team.
- Assist with document control and maintain project records in accordance with company standards.
- Support wider office administrative duties as required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in preparing and compiling O&M manuals, ideally within an M&E or construction environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in managing compliance-related data and documentation.
- Confident in diary management, planning, and scheduling tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of M&E industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and drawings.
- Experience working with ISO standards or quality management systems.
