As an Outreach and Engagement Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you’ll work within Pathways Team offering support to people who are threatened with homelessness
Secondments will be considered for this post.
**Responsibilities**:
With this role you’ll be working as part of Pathways Team offering support to people who are threatened with homelessness. The Pathways team encompasses a range of specialisms in order to focus advice and support where it is most needed, you will be supporting people with their drug and/or alcohol issues and encouraging them into service with Change Grow Live.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
You’ll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you’ll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.
