**1. Job Role**
As Justice Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivery of the Café Artysans catering service at the Inverness Justice Centre. They will collaborate with the wider Café Artysans team to ensure sufficient food supply for our Justice Centre outlet, and will ensure that the service offers a place where young people can work and learn.
**2. Main Duties**
You will be expected to cover all aspects of front of house duties at Cafe Artysans in the Inverness Justice Centre, including:
- Working with the Café Artysans team to ensure food supply meets the needs of customers.
- Ensuring the Justice Centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Providing customer service in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Coaching and encouraging young people working in Front of House roles.
- Adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Following organisational policies and procedures.
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties in support of the Cafe Artysans team and your Calman Trust employers.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Experience in a similar role
- Proof of excellent customer service skills
- A positive, solution-focused attitude to work
- Commitment to teamwork and an environment of mutual respect
- Experience of cash handling
- Experience in maintaining good standard of hygiene and health and safety
- Smart & professional appearance
- Ability to engage and motivate young people
- Willingness to support the involvement of young people in the workplace
- Commitment to the ethos of the Calman Trust young people's service
- Driving licence and access to a car
- PVG check will be required
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £17,850.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
