We are currently looking for a Catering Supervisor to assist in the running of our front of house team within Fort George, Inverness.
**The ingredients for success**
The position is part time, working 22.5 hours per week. You must be available to work weekend as the role is working any 5 from 7. Your working hours will be anywhere between 0900 and 1900. Ideally you will have around 2 years hospitality experience with proven supervisory experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
- Organising and forming rosters for front of house staff
- Customer facing, resolving any customer complaints
- Supervise the delivery of food and drink during service times
- Operating the unit and making sure it is profitable and generating good revenue
- Strictly adhering to food safety standards and delivering the best possible product to our customers
**Qualifications and experience needed**
- Previous experience of a similar role is essential
- Top people supervision skills, a happy team means happy customers
- Strict standards in hygiene and food delivery
- Previous experience in stock ordering and rotation is essential
