GTC are part of a family of companies owned by BUUK Infrastructure group and we are currently recruiting for a **Project Officer **to provide administrative coordination support to the Design and Records Department. This full time, permanent position is based at our office in Woolpit.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in administration tasks in an office environment. While it is not essential that you have had previous experience within this sector before, you must be able to remain calm under pressure and have excellent communication skills
- verbal, written and numerate. Training on our systems and the company will be provided.

**Responsibilities will include -**
- Coordinate design projects throughout the Design department.
- Assist with general design queries (Network Variations)
- Manage multiple special projects simultaneously.
- Support the Design team with day-to-day activities during one to ones, or as and when required.
- Produce reports to management on progress of current projects.
- Undertake reviews and amendments of current records and databases.
- Create and receive purchase orders.
- Undertake reviews of network drawings and design data to ensure the accuracy of company information.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
- Undertake specific projects as requested by the Head of Design & Records or Asset Design Manager.
- Liaise with customers to request information required for the Design team.
- Continuously review current process and procedures and amend when necessary to achieve best working practices.
