GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a **Design Support Officer** who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

**As the Design Support Officer your key responsibilities are**
- Assist with general design queries (Network Variations, Network Connections)
- Support the Design team with day-to-day activities as and when required.
- Produce reports to management on progress of current projects.
- Create and receive purchase orders.
- Liaise with customers to request information required for the Design team.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and quality.

**About you**
- Educated to A Level or equivalent.
- Previous experience in administration tasks in an office environment.
- Experience using MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage workload and ensure deadlines are met.
- Good attention to detail and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
