Due to organisational growth, we are looking for a **Group Facilities Coordinator Lead**.

**As the Group Facilities Coordinator Lead your key responsibilities are**
- Assist in overseeing and mentoring the facilities team who are responsible for the
maintenance of BUUK’s buildings and associated equipment and services
- Be a key liaison for site services and manage the external contractors and sub
- Work with the Group Facilities Manager to plan and coordinate all premises-based
works activities, identify process improvements, review environmental targets and
recommend cost saving opportunities
- Assist the Group Facilities Manager with longer term/larger scale projects such as office
moves/relocations and or significant refurbishment works.
- Visit other BUUK Group premises as and when required to monitor/review ongoing
facilities activities.

**About you**
- Previous facilities maintenance experience or similar
- Proven experience of overseeing and developing a team
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to effectively communicate, engage with and inspire colleagues
- Be adaptable to any situation in a calm and collected manner
