A Sous Chef position is available at a four star country hotel and spa which is a busy dining venue with fine dining award winning restaurants serving fresh, modern dishes. The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events,weddings and conference and exclusive afternoon teas. As a result this Sous Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Head Chef with the day to day management of the kitchen and the supervision of theteam of chefs in the kitchen.

**Requirements**:
CVs will be considered from Sous Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience. A sous chef who has the driveand ability to be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
