**Role Overview**:
**We have an exciting opportunity **for a **Digital Communications Specialist to **join our Communications and Marketing Team in a newly created role. Youll be responsible for leading on our digital communications channels, making sure they are all optimised for high performance with purpose, and planning, delivering and evaluating accessible communication that meets the needs of our audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Youll lead on the planning, creation, execution, and evaluation of our digital communications, including a digital editorial calendar.
- Support the Head of Communications and Marketing in planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating agile, effective and informed digital communications strategy and activity.
- Make sure our digital communication is accessible, clear, concise, relevant, timely, useful, and engaging.
- Part of this will be to create and design digital communication in a range of formats to meet the diverse needs of the audience it is intended for, including audio and visual content
- Youll lead on the evaluation of our digital communications activity, helping us understand the impact were having through our digital communication, so we can constantly refine and iterate it to improve engagement.

**About You**:
Were looking for someone join our communications and marketing team who:

- a brilliant understanding of digital communication channels
- an understanding of content design principles and a user-centred approach to communication, information and design
- can work in a fast-paced environment with ability to plan and prioritise
