We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the UK’s leading home buying company as a Client Services Advisor, working closely with homeowners to provide advise on the sale of their property.

**Client Services Advisor company profile**:
Our client is a leader in home acquisitions and resales and offers an excellent online solution to property owners in need of a guaranteed and fast paced sale. Changing the face of Estate Agency, this successful firm are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join the team.

The company is owned and managed by property professionals with over 30 years’ combined experience in buying homes. Excellent training and progression is offered for ongoing professional development, all you need is plenty of drive, excellent customer service skills and a successful background in Sales

**Client Services Advisor key duties**:

- Be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, qualify potential clients
- Respond to leads professionally, providing tailored advice in an efficient manner
- Follow up with potential leads who have been contacted previously

**Character profile for the successful Client Services Advisor**:

- Excellent telephone manner
- High energy and enthusiastic
- Strong sales and objection handling skills
- Property background is highly beneficial, but not essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

**Package for the successful Client Services Advisor**:

- £26k basic
- £50k OTE
- Monday to Friday, with weekend working twice a month (work over a weekend and get reimbursed with annual leave or the following Friday off)
