DSV are recruiting for a Freight Forwarder, Air & Sea in Bristol, Aztec West. This role will support our 24/7 operations supporting both internal and external customers.
- Work within a well-established department handling imports, air / ocean /cross-trade, they will report into their Supervisor and aim to achieve monthly targets and KPI’s
- Have a strong-logic approach and be adaptable to resolve issues on a daily basis

**Key Tasks**
- Monitoring international freight shipments from inception to delivery, guaranteeing adherence to service level and operational protocols
- Operate Customer Service based on day-today operations.
- Monitoring Data Quality and Live Updates
- Issuing documentation including master bills, house bills of lading and ensuring compliance with import/export customs regulations
- Communicating with our extensive network and carrier partners across the globe

**Duties / Responsibilities**
- Updating customers and swiftly resolving exceptions, exemplifying our commitment to great customer experiences
- Nurturing revenue streams in alignment with budgetary targets, handling quotations, invoicing, and supplier purchase orders
- Ensure legislative compliance in all areas

**Skills and Competencies**
- Knowledge of Air/Sea Freight required
- Excellent problem solving, planning and organisational skills
- Logical approach and innovative thinking
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure using own initiative
