iKas International are recruiting on behalf of a market renown asset manager for a Derivatives Specialist who can be responsible for the oversight and governance of Middle Office Operations services. To be successful in this role you will possess 5 yearsDerivatives experience with Asset Manager experience covering a wide range of asset classes but with a depth of experience in Derivatives, including products including rates, credit, equity & FX. Also, a detailed working knowledge of Bilateral Collateral (+UMR),Bilateral OTC operations, OTC clearing, ETD operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in defining and implementing the operating model, controls, and ongoing performance monitoring for this new function
- Objectively assess supplier performance on a prescribed frequency, working with them to remediate performance where required

**Key skills**:

- 5+ years Derivatives knowledge
- Must have worked in an Asset management environment
