**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to oversee and enhance our logistics operations.

**Duties**
- Maintain communication with drivers and customers to ensure delivery targets are met
- Replace Sick/Absent Drivers
- Ensure Trailers are in position for Bulk Collections
- Make any required amendments to planning & update Mandata
- Complete IOD Sheet throughout shift
- Complete Transport Traffic Sheet
- Handover with PM Transport Coordinator
- Ensuring all bulk TPN Collections are running on time for collection
- Briefing out / Briefing In General Haulage & Night Drivers Drivers
- Create Shunter Plan for getting trailers/vehicles in the correct place for collections
- Ensure all preloads are complete
- Conduct Yard check and update trailer positions on Operations Control Sheet
- Upload & file delivery PODs
- Check and complete vehicle Hours & Mileages
- Ensure drivers sign out required equipment
- Comply with all company policies, rules, and procedures at all times
- Complete agency driver inductions as per company standards & requirements
- Be familiar with and follow the company’s health and safety policies, guidelines and procedures at all times
- Work as part of a team and actively demonstrate a willingness to support and achieve the overall business objectives

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics or transportation coordination
- Strong knowledge of business processes and continuous improvement practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
