**Senior Support Worker (Part Time) - £11.65 per hour**

We have an opportunity available for a senior support worker to join the team at our supported living and recovery point service based in Stockport, Castlewood Court.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
As Senior Support Worker you will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values based support is delivered to the highest standard to range of service users with Learning Disabilities. You will also be supporting adults who require mental health support on a person centred basis in our short stay Recovery Point Apts. Tasks will include risk assessing and creating bespoke care plans, medication administering, and supporting our tenants to live safely and as independently as possible in their own homes.

Working 25.6 hours per week between hours of 9am and 8pm. This will include working 1 in 3 weekends.

Qualifications:
Previous experience of working within a health and social care is essential for this role.
