We are looking for support workers to join our teams across the Stockport area. We have an array of services all across Stockport providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs ranging from personal care, caring for older individuals, and working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and Autism.

We have full and part time roles available and can offer day or night shifts. We can also offer permanent or relief roles and depending on the needs of the service, we can be flexible in the structure of hours.

We provide full training where needed and our Creative Academy (also based in Stockport) offers ongoing training to all staff of all levels helping you progress and grow whilst you are with us. Our dedicated training department Received the IIP Gold award for the work they do supporting our staff teams.

**Support Worker Duties Include**:

- Supporting service users to retain their independence by teaching life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and cooking,
- Engaging in activities with the service users and encouraging them to take up hobbies and achieve their personal goals,
- Providing emotional support for individuals and their families,
- Providing respectful personal care and helping service users retain their dignity at all times,

**We expect all applicants to Creative Support to have had at least their first COVID-19 vaccination prior to starting employment with us and to be committed to having the second vaccination within a 3 month period.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-37.5 per week

**Salary**: Up to £9.75 per hour
