We are looking for someone to take responsibility for the customer liaison for our bodyshop.

Woodstock Motors is a long-established vehicle repair group based in Hampstead/Golders Green. Many of our customers are well-known, affluent people who expect the very best customer service.

This job is perfect for the kind of person who likes to give really good customer service, has good business acumen and likes to be rewarded for that. You will be overseeing the business side of our bodyshop. The last person to do the job did so well they got poached by BMW, so this is a job that suits someone intelligent, talented and ambitious.

What matters most to us is that you have the right qualities, that could be someone with a lot of experience or very little. Training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers, obtaining all clients contact details inline with GDPR.
- Estimating vehicles using Audatex.
- Arrange collection and delivery of vehicles from various locations to bodyshop.
- Ordering parts online and by phone from manufacturers.
- Liaising with insurance companies to ensure correct information is obtained.
- Courtesy car management
- ensuring distributing of cars to customers.
- Administering and collecting payments in a timely manner.

Daily Tasks
- Liaising with bodyshop for updates on clients’ vehicles, ensuring customers are kept updated, throughout the repair process.
- Contacting clients the day before to remind them of their appointment.
- Quality control on completion of body repairs.
- Checking Audatex for authority.
- Imaging vehicles for insurance purpose.
- Managing bodyshop bookings.

Skills / Experience Required
- Ideally to have previous experience as a bodyshop administrator or a similar role.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving.
- Organisation and multitasking skills.
- Confident and professional communicaton skills - written and verbal.
- PC, Microsoft and web literate.
- Experience of providing administrative support.
- Main dealer or large body shop experience preferred.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
