**Sales Administrator/Vehicle Administrator**

**Key Job Requirements of**Sales Administrator/Vehicle Administrator**
- Taxing new and used cars
- Invoicing new and used cars and preparing appropriate manufacturer handover packs
- Bringing new and used cars into stock
- Setting up warranties for approved and non-approved cars
- Raising payment requisitions for straight purchases and part exchange settlements
- Checking updates on new cars
- Ordering, updating, invoicing and taxing fleet and direct supply deals
- Helping with FCA audits

**Sales Administrator/Vehicle Administrator** **skills require**
- Confident personality and articulate
- Ability to deliver exemplary levels of customer service
- Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Focused, self-motivated
- Professional, presentable and excellent communication skills

**Sales Administrator/Vehicle Administrator** **required experience**
- Ability to demonstrate strong administrative skills
- Previous Motor Trade Sales Administrator experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
