About Us

Mo and Co UK Ltd is a leading provider of high-performance PPE, workwear, and leisurewear. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our dynamic, close-knit team.

Role Overview

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate product information and top-notch customer service while maintaining timely and precise records of customer details. This full-time role is based at our Aberdeen office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (37.5 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Process and expedite sales orders efficiently.

Collaborate with the external sales team, stores, and production.

Utilise CRM/ERP software effectively.

Manage priorities and adjust to shifting timelines and schedules.

Comply with the Company’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Policy.
