**Part time Administrator**

Our recruitment company company is recruiting a **Part time Administrator** to work on a hybrid basis

In your role as an Part time Administrator you will be providing admin support for a small recruitment business

**Duties Include**:

- Preparing, and checking CVs for grammatical and spelling errors
- Uploading CVs onto the database
- Proofreading CVs and uploading job specs to job boards
- Using Adobe extensively

As an Part time Administrator you will work **3 afternoons a week, finishing at 5.30. You must be able to work on a Thursday and Friday afternoon**

**You will need**:

- Be local to Manchester for meetings with the team
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Experience of exporting PDF documents
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to proofread documents
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work part time on an ongoing basis.
- Able to work on your own initiative

Essential Personnel is operating as an Employment Agency in relation to this position
