**Responsibilities**:

- Creating beautiful bouquets
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries
- Stock rotation
- Daily up keep of the Shop
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Arrange and display flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process payments and handle financial transactions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a florist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and understand their requirements
- Multilingual abilities, including fluency in English and Spanish, is a plus

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£28,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 42 per week
