Job Title: T Level Tutor in Construction

Location: Great Yarmouth

**Salary**: Lecturers Scale - £27,764.51- £36,190.13

Term: Permanent

East Coast College is looking to recruit a T Level Tutor who will deliver outstanding and innovative teaching and learning to a wide range of students across the college provision, supporting students to achieve excellence and reach their full potential.

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

- Prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans
- Work with other members of the team and external organisations including employers, to support the development of skills and progression into employment and university
- Tracking and monitor student progress against targets and take appropriate actions
- Promote a teaching, learning and working environment that is free from discrimination and where all students and staff are encouraged to express their individuality
- Ensure resource material and teaching reflect best practice, contributing to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rates, grades and value added.

- Assessors Qualifications
- Appropriate teaching qualification or ability to complete within 3 years of employment
- Construction in the built environment - Level 4 Qualification
