**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position requires effective communication skills, proficiency in transportation management systems, and the ability to analyse data to optimise dispatch operations.

**Duties**
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications with drivers, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Utilise transportation management systems to coordinate and track deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including shipping and receiving documentation.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while communicating with various stakeholders.
- Type reports and documentation accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a dispatch or weighbridge role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and supply chain processes.
- Ability to analyse data effectively to support decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of aggregate sales environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
