This role will be joining an existing team who are the first point of contact for all clients and engineers, providing a first class, responsive service.
If you possess strong customer service skills, have great attention to detail and ideally, have some FM experience, then this could be the role for you
The juicy details:
- £24-26000 per annum
- 8.30am to - 5pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch
- Office based role
- Limited office parking
The Role
- Effectively manage a significant workload in a fast paced facilities management environment
- Analyse jobs both reactive and PPM, allocating the correct engineer resource based on location, skill, priority and customer requirements
- Prioritise numerous competing tasks; continuously monitoring the progress of work whilst communicating any delays to the relevant people
- Work in conjunction with the Ops, delivery managers and clients to ensure seamless management and delivery of contracts
- Escalating customer complaints / escalations through the relevant processes
- Ensure clear and concise quality updates are reflected on the tasks to show true job progression
- Reporting any scheduling issues or call progression problems to the relevant person as appropriate
- Deliver an outstanding level of client experience at all times

- You will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with clients, suppliers and members of the public, putting yourself in the clients shoes in order to deliver the highest level of experience
- Actively set out to achieve departmental objectives
- Establish strong relationships with clients built on trust, ensuring that all interaction with them is simple and transparent
- You will ensure clear and branded communication through all contact channels
