**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including bartending, food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to bartending standards.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and food preparation is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
