Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team at Skins & Needles Tattoo Studio in the heart of the city centre. This role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional customer journey, from initial inquiries to final consultations, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding tattoo experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with inquiries about tattoo services and artists.
  • Provide expert advice on tattoo design options based on individual needs.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment.
  • Schedule appointments and manage artist calendars effectively.
  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with artists to ensure smooth operations during client consultations.
  • Promote studio services and special events to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold health and safety standards in line with studio policies.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for art and tattoos is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational skills for managing appointments and inquiries.
