**Job description**

If you are bubbly, outgoing, and have a passion for entertaining, this job could be for you We are looking for people to host and entertain at our quiz nights in the Bradford area.

This is a perfect role for an entertainer that is looking for reliable mid-week work. We can also help with finding bookings for your primary talents such as - DJing, singing, etc.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
As a Quiz Live Host, you will be trusted to run your own events on a weekly, and one-off, basis. Everything from setting up your equipment, being everyone’s friend during the quiz, and packing down.

**You will be the face of our brand and will have the following responsibilities**:
Providing positive entertainment and laughter to all guests within the venue

Using our industry-leading software package to deliver quizzes

Setting up and packing down equipment

Keeping any company equipment safe and secure

Be available to cover other hosts where possible

Be punctual and well presented

Help to moderate and advertise social groups

**For this job role, we ask for some basic skills and experience**:
**Essential**:
Confidence on a microphone

Public speaking

Driving License with own transport

Personality

**Desirable**:
Experience within entertainment (comedian, actor, DJ, Singer, etc)

Savvy with technology and social media

**Have your own PA/DJ equipment**

**Pay**:
You will be a self-employed contractor working on behalf of the Quiz Live brand. For this, we can offer an attractive rate of £17.50-£25 per hour, dependant on the event.
