Supply Chain Advisor

**About The Role**:
We're looking for a Supply Chain Advisor to join our Operations team In this busy, fast paced environment you'll take ownership for outstanding availability to our partners in a designated product category whilst delivering against stock and waste targets to minimise cash impacts to the business.

This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to join an expanding area of the business playing a pivotal role to create great availability to our existing and new customers.

This role is fast paced and you'll be at the heart of decision making, using data and influence to make improvement and change

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Owning end to end product, data and performance for their categories and customers
- Owning the escalations at the right time where opportunities/risks arise in regards to product flow
- Leading the category availability of product flow measures within the business team
- Developing strong collaborative relationships with the full Business Team who work on the category to agree the optimum levels of products to meet customer demand
- Actively managing supplier base and negotiating with suppliers on service performance
- Improving availability all the way through the end to end supply chain from supplier to shelf edge (group)
- Reviewing promotional performance and stock targets on a weekly basis and agree actions with trading to limit impact to inventory levels or wastage at store

This role will be in the office operating over a four day working week and based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.

- Understanding of Supply Chain principles (Stock, availability, Waste & Markdown, Seasonality and promotional impacts
- Advanced level knowledge of Excel with excellent stakeholder management ability
- Experience of data management, management forecasting and interpreting trends
- Proven delivery of projects to a schedule
