**The Role**:
The Activation Executive is the perfect opportunity to begin a career within digital media. You will be responsible for building, managing and optimising digital campaigns in one of our channels: Search, Social, Programmatic & Display, OOH, eCommerce, as well as pulling and analysing data to write insightful commentary for performance reporting.

You will develop an excellent platform knowledge and work closely with your Account Manager to plan and execute a best in class strategy within the channel you work in.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**
- Effectively implement and manage your campaigns - ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered
- Work closely with your Account Manager to plan and execute a best in class digital activation strategy.
- Deliver performance analysis, surfacing opportunities and recommendations for existing and future campaigns.

**Client and Partner Management**
- Collaborate with other internal teams (planning, analytics, ad tech operations) to deliver excellent work for our clients.
- Contribute to client meetings and participate in ongoing client engagement.
- Work with partners and attending regular platform training to develop your skillset.

**Operational Excellence**
- Deliver quality assurance throughout the campaign lifecycle, identifying gaps and opportunities for campaigns to deliver excellent results.
- Ensure financial accuracy, following our processes to allow prompt payment and invoicing, and minimise finance queries.

**Skills & Experience**
- Passionate about digital marketing and driving continued excellence.
- Affinity for numbers, with an analytical thought process and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and work as part of a group.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proactive and self-motivated, eager to learn and expand your capabilities.
- Computer literate with a good base of skills across Microsoft Office tools (including Excel).
