**Summary**:

They are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Shift Manager / Senior Team Leader to work closely in alliance with the Warehouse Operations Manager to ensure that the warehouse operation is managed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- To provide management and leadership to a warehouse team covering Monday to Friday day shifts.
- Motivate, develop and engage with staff to ensure that warehouse operational objectives and performance measures are hit.
- Plan and allocate labour within the shift to ensure that daily operational tasks are managed within the time parameters where possible.
- Manage all aspects of H&S in the warehouse promoting a 'safety first' culture.
- Promote the highest standards of customer service

Key Skills/Experience:

- Have a demonstrable track record of experience in a Supervisory role in a warehouse environment.
- Be able to demonstrate a pedigree in coaching and developing colleagues and effecting change in behaviours and working practices.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and have an ability to lead warehouse teams.
- Be focused on H&S, Quality and Customer Service.
- A team player with a determined work ethic and an ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.
