This is a great opportunity to join a family run business who specialise within the Automotive Industry.
Based in Stotfold we have a 4 Bay workshop offering MOT (Class 4),Service and Repairs, Tyres, Air Conditioning and Diagnostics for your motor vehicle. Our fuel station is open for fuel 7 days a week.
The role of Workshop Administrator is critical in ensuring we provide the best service and knowledge to our vast number of customers.
Duties include
- Managing Bookings
- Support our Workshop Manager and Technicians
- Raising Invoices
- Point of contact for customers
- Taking payments for fuel and MOT,Service and Repairs
- Month-end Invoicing for Fuel
- Daily fuel reconciliations
- Presentation of Forecourt and Shop
We are looking for an individual
- who has previous knowledge of Automotive Industry
- Strong Administration and Communication skills.
- Enjoys face to face customer contact
- Has a can do approach to get things done and works as part of a team
- Takes responsibility for a task and will always look for ways of improving our service
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
