**Role**: IT Support Analyst
**Location**: Central London
**Salary**: £25,000

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a well-established company based in Central London

**Responsibilities**:

- Completion of daily tasks including service requests and logging incidents
- Resolve tickets, working to SLA's and escalate issues to the 2nd/3rd Line Support team
- Maintain asset inventory of equipment
- Assist within various projects
- Help coordinate team resources with any changes, maintenance, new services or issues
- Administration tasks on the service desk including adding starters, removing leavers etc

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of Windows 10 OS, and Windows Servers
- General knowledge of networking technologies
- AD Administration, Azure & On-prem
- MS Office 365 administration
- Previous experience working on SharePoint & Intune
- Troubleshooting & fault diagnosing of hardware & software problems
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
