**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:

- Provide primary point of contact between internal staff and the ICT Services team and 3rd party specialist partners.
- Be a technical escalation point for service delivery analysts.
- Any other ICT technology used by staff within the organisation.
- Ensure incidents raised are correctly logged, communicated, and managed through to conclusion using organisations help-desk software.
- Provide Solutions to staff when working with existing software like MS Office products, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Teams, and others.
- Escalate unresolved incidents to relevant ICT support teams or external suppliers when necessary
- Contribute to the development of documented solutions and maintenance for the user base. To include that information is captured that will assist in improving responses and fix times.
- Ability to Move IT Equipment, Desk Moves, Patch network connections as necessary.
- Conduct IT Training for internal Staff on how to use systems or equipment.
- To undertake occasional work outside office hours to assist critical ICT tasks.
- Able to create and manage the processes around documentation within the organisation

**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Japanese language skills is a must
- Customer Service and 'Can Do’ mindset.
- Good working knowledge of Windows 7 / 10, MS Office suite of products, as well as general Internet browsers.
- Experience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting Laptops/PC, Mobile phones, tablets, and printers.
- Experience with effective Troubleshooting and delivering solutions.
- Experience in providing both onsite and remote support.
