In this role, you will engage directly with customers, building strong relationships and promoting our clients' renewable energy solutions through face-to-face interactions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our business, interacting directly with customers in various locations throughout Glasgow. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to present our clients' energy solutions, offering knowledgeable and engaging advice to potential customers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy face-to-face customer interactions, combining customer service with an element of sales to drive brand success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage directly with customers at promotional events, providing information and demonstrating products related to renewable energy solutions.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to create a positive experience and promote customer retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strategize and implement customer engagement plans.
- Set up and manage customer service stations at events, ensuring a professional and appealing presentation.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, reporting insights to improve service and marketing strategies.
- Assist with promotional activities and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team by following up on leads and assisting in closing sales.

**Requirements**:

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and some evenings.
- Must not have applied to any Imperial Consulting openings in the past 30 days.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with customers face-to-face.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about marketing and customer service within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
