**As a Work Placement Assessor in Health and Social Care you will be responsible for the for the delivery and assessment of health and social care programmes in their area of occupational competency.
**About the role**:
You will have a caseload of Level 3 learners that you will visit on client site to coach, mentor and guide them through their work placement, keeping them engaged to ensure they are on target to reach the objectives agreed in their Individual Learning Plan. This will also include some classroom delivery where required to meet the knowledge-based elements of the apprenticeship framework.
