**Largest Estate Agents in the UK,** are looking for an individual to join their market leading brand.

As a
**Local Property Partner**, you will be the
**expert **in your area, responsible for supporting buyers and vendors throughout their entire journey. Providing excellent customer care to ensure every vendor & buyer has an amazing experience.

**Local Property responsibilities.**
- Convert valuations into instructions to generate revenue
- Be target driven and motivated.
- Provide support and advice throughout the moving process
- Conduct calls with customers and provide marketing to promote their property, using the high-quality technology the company supplies
- Manage offers on behalf of the vendor and purchaser
- Offer all services to customers to ease the moving/selling process, using the company’s mortgage and conveyancing services
- Create amazing customer experiences with every potential client.

**Could you be a Local Property Partner?**
- Estate Agency experience is desirable, but not essential
- Roles that have included, Sales/Managers, Valuers, Branch Managers would be an advantage.
- Must have own vehicle
- Sound knowledge of the local property market
- Target driven and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Strong computer/tech skills an advantage
