Romac Logistics Ltd are a UK based logistics provider offering temperature-controlled warehouse and transport solutions to the food and beverage industry. We are seeking a Motor Claims Administrator to support our growing fleet management function.
- **This is a part time role with flexibility in working hours and in location**_, it can initially be based at our sites in Middleton or Urmston, however will be relocated to Worsley in the future. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a developing team. If you are highly motivated, driven and have a knowledge of working within a claims department then this is the role for you

**Key Responsibilities**
- to proactively manage a portfolio of motor claims from start to finish, ensuring all elements are managed efficiently and in a professional manner.
- communicate to the key members of the management team the progress of all claims on a weekly basis.
- ensure all files are maintained and data capture accurate and up to date
- gather all relevant motor claims information and documentation
- produce claims reports as required
- action all new motor claims and report to the relevant insurers

**Skills & Experience**
- claims management experience, ideally within a motor environment
- ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is essential
- build and maintain effective internal and external relationships with all involved parties
- proactive diary management
- proficient knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Excel and Word
- minimum of 12 months in a similar role
- strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- meticulous and methodical approach, attention to detail and accuracy
- self-motivated and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines

*Advertised salary is FTE

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24.5 per week
