**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and creative E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Blackburn. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and driving online sales. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our clients' online presence across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Listings**: Create and optimise product listings on major e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and others to maximise visibility and sales.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content for product descriptions, ads, and promotional campaigns.
- **Ad Management**: Plan, manage, and execute advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Google to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Landing Pages**: Design and update product landing pages on websites to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- **Product Launches**: Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all necessary elements are in place for a successful introduction to the market.
- **Analytics**: Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Day-to-Day Tasks**
- **Creating and Optimising Listings**: Regularly update and refine product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- **Managing Ads**: Daily management of ad campaigns, including budget monitoring, performance analysis, and adjustments as needed.
- **Content Development**: Work on creating compelling content for products, ads, and promotional materials.
- **Landing Page Updates**: Make necessary adjustments and improvements to product landing pages to ensure a seamless user experience.
- **Performance Tracking**: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to align e-commerce strategies with broader business goals.

**Skills and Experience**
- **Experience**: 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of managing online sales channels.
- **Content Creation**: Strong skills in creating engaging content that drives sales and brand awareness.
- **Platform Proficiency**: Experience with eBay, Amazon, and other major e-commerce platforms.
- **Ad Management**: Hands-on experience in managing and optimising ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- **Web Design**: Familiarity with creating and updating website landing pages, with a focus on user experience and conversion.
- **Product Launch Experience**: Experience in successfully launching products online.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategy and improve performance.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of precision in managing product listings, ads, and content.
