Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for a recruiter to join our in house recruitment team.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, has great attention to detail, organised and able to work well under pressure to join our expanding new team.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- To work with the recruitment team and recruitment provider to deliver strong administrative support, in relation to in-house recruitment activity.
- Updating recruitment database
- Liaising with successful/unsuccessful applicants
- Collating delegates personal date
- Managing compliance prior to applicants being offered roles
**You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence**:
- The ability to multitask, to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail
- Logical and methodical.
- Team player with the ability to work alone.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of good organisational skills, including managing workload effectively
- Experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential
