I am 25 years old and live at home in the Tamworth area with my Mum, Dad, Brother and our dog Seb. I am looking for a carer to support me 9:00-21:00 alongside another member of my team at weekends.

I have a rare genetic disease called Mucoplysaccaride Type 3 San Filippo which mainly affects my brain and spinal cord. I require assistance with all aspects of daily living, including all personal care and the administration of medication, fluid and nutrition through my PEG.

I love watching movies and listening to music, my favourites are Annie and Mary Poppins and I love watching my carers (attempt to) dance and sing along to S-Club 7 and the Spice Girls

I communicate by making sounds, saying “yep” or “no” and may even join in with singing some songs I recognise and respond well to familiar faces so having reliable and regular carers within my team is very important to me.

**_- We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing a high standard of care and would rather dedicate their time to one or two specific clients and to work as part of a team._**

**_- You will be energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and willing to learn._**

**_- Full training provided to advance your skills in procedures such as; suctioning, PEG feeding and NIPPY._**

**_- You must be able to work well within a team environment but also using your own initiative is key._**

**_- Car driver is essential_**

**_- Clear DBS_**

**New Recruit Bonus Scheme**:
Once you commence work and complete your allocated rota for 4 weeks, we will pay you a **£300 bonus**
