**The role**: An exciting opportunity has become available for a Performance and Business Improvement Administrator based at our offices in Dibden, near Southampton (remote working also considered).
The key objectives are to:
- Administer the in-house Business Management System, providing management information to inform strategy and delivery to the Group.
- Review group performance information and generate reports for the wider group.
- Actively develop effective relationships with employees and our supply chain.
- Assist the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Team (SHEQ) with responding to operational requests and problems promptly and effectively.
**What do we need from you to be successful in this role**:
- Advanced level MS Office skills (particularly MS Excel)
- Full UK Driving Licence (due to location of office)
- Good standard of written English
- Civil Engineering knowledge (desirable)
- Experience using Power BI or similar software (desirable)
- Full in-house software training will be provided._
